Malmittel
Das Malmittel trägt man vor dem Malen direkt auf die grundierte Leinwand auf. Es vereinfacht das Malen mit Ölfarben und fördert die Trocknung. Möchten Sie die Vorzeichnung mit Bleistift oder Kohlepapier machen, tun Sie das direkt auf der grundierten Leinwand – dann erst das Malmittel auftragen. Wollen Sie sich eine Skizze mit Ölfarben anlegen bitte das Malmittel vorher auftragen.
Das Malmittel bitte immer sehr dünn und gleichmäßig auftragen und dann gut in die Struktur der Leinwand einreiben.

Modern Oil painting Medium
Apply the medium directly to the primed canvas or panel. It simplifies the painting process and speeds up drying times. If you want to apply a pencil sketch or use carbon paper to trace the motif please do so once the primer has dried. Only then should you apply the medium. If you are planning to sketch in oils, please apply the medium first.
Apply the medium thinly and evenly and rub it into the structure of the canvas.
